The Secretariat of the Council is based at CSAM, with the Head of CSAM serving as the Secretary of the Council. The Secretariat provides necessary logistical and administrative support to, and assists and coordinates the operation of the Council in accomplishing its mission and achieving its objectives through undertaking activities and implementing its work programme within available resources.
