The Council is open to all national associations of agricultural machinery sector and/or other similar function cooperatives and institutions in member countries. Members are expected to actively participate in and contribute to the work and deliverables of the Council and the organization of activities.

Council meetings will be open to any observers who request permission from the Secretariat in advance. The Secretariat has the right to deny requests on the basis of balance, venue capacity or other considerations.
